We do not cover any renovation, cleaning, or remedial work before the lease is signed.
The property must be in a clean, safe, and fully usable condition from day one.
Our offer to cover internal repairs applies only after the lease is signed,
which means the property must already meet a certain standard at that point.
Some landlords assume we’ll take on renovation costs upfront — but that’s not part of our offer.
If the property needs work to bring it up to standard, we can help organise
and carry out the necessary improvements, but this would be quoted separately
and completed before entering into the lease agreement.
