  6. Windows: Double glazing throughout.
  7. Furnishing: Unfurnished.
  8. Cleanliness: Deep cleaned throughout.
  9. Decoration: Refreshed with painting where necessary.
  10. Bathroom: Mould-free silicone seals.
  11. Walls and Ceilings: No mould.
  12. Appliances: Fully functional white goods, PAT tested.
  13. Certificates: All valid property certificates, including Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC.
