We return the property in a similar condition to the recorded starting condition, fair wear and tear excepted.
- Visible wall marks are cleaned or walls repainted white or magnolia where necessary.
- Existing carpets are washed, or damaged carpets replaced with basic grey or camel carpets.
- Agreed damaged or missing fixtures, fittings and contents are repaired or replaced as required.
This does not promise a full refurbishment or premium replacements.
