In exceptional circumstances, Josephs.Scot may extend occupation by no more than four weeks solely to allow the Council to relocate the resident.
We notify you in writing as soon as reasonably practicable, with the reason and anticipated end date.
Rent remains payable. This does not renew the agreement or create a new one.
