The agreement allows Josephs.Scot, in the month before the term expires, to give at least two weeks' written notice of a separate extension lasting no more than six months.
Before or during that extension, Josephs.Scot may give at least two weeks' written termination notice, but cannot end it before the original term date.
This is separate from normal monthly continuation and the short relocation extension. Check whether this mechanism applies to your agreement and has been exercised.
