We must repair or replace agreed landlord-owned fixtures, fittings and contents damaged, destroyed, removed or lost during the agreement by its end, fair wear and tear excepted.
The inventory and Condition Schedule establish what is included; this does not promise upgrades or new-for-old replacements.
