How much notice is required to end the agreement?

For ordinary termination, the landlord gives at least two months' written notice and Josephs.Scot gives at least one month's written notice.

The initial period is the one in your completed agreement, followed by monthly continuation.

Separate extension and early termination provisions can apply; confirm the actual end date against the signed agreement and valid notice.
