Arrange all access through Josephs.Scot. The agreement permits a landlord inspection once in each 12-month period with reasonable notice of at least 10 working days.
Repair access is arranged separately.
Even where the notice exception applies for an emergency, prior agreement with Josephs.Scot is required. Visits must respect the occupants' peaceful enjoyment.
