Essential appliances must be present, working and appropriately tested before handover; initial repairs or replacements are the landlord's responsibility.
During the agreement we keep cookers, fridges or fridge-freezers, washing machines and extractor fans in working order.
Confirm which items are in the inventory: unlisted appliances are treated as gifted, do not have to be returned and may be repaired or disposed of.
