When do I receive my first rent payment?

Here’s what you need to know:

• We do not pay rent in advance.
• Rent is always paid on the last day of each calendar month.
• If your lease starts mid-month, the first payment will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
• The pro rata amount will also be paid on the last day of that month.
• You’ll receive a rent statement along with your payment for full transparency.
