How do you prepare a property for a new tenant?

We take great care in preparing each property to ensure it’s welcoming, clean, and ready for a new tenant. Our process includes:

1. Removing any broken or unwanted furniture.
2. Refreshing paintwork where necessary.
3. Replacing or repairing bathroom silicone seals to ensure they’re mould-free.
4. Conducting a thorough deep clean of the entire property.
5. Providing fresh, clean bedding for a comfortable start.
