Will you accept every property offered to you?

No, we do not accept every property.

As part of our process, the property address will be checked with the local government for pre-acceptance.

We have clear standards to ensure both local government satisfaction and efficient property management.

Properties must meet the following criteria:

1. No prime or tourist-attractive locations.
2. No Council tax band below D.
3. No properties with an EPC rating below D.
4. No electric heating systems or other inefficient systems, such as immersion heaters or hot water tanks.
5. No properties located above 2nd floor.
6. No properties in high-rise buildings.
7. No properties with outside stairways.
8. No single glazed windows.
