No - and it’s important to understand how this works.
Factoring fees remain the landlord’s responsibility. These are charges paid to various factoring companies for the upkeep and management of the building and communal areas.
Factoring typically covers services such as stair cleaning, maintenance of shared areas, gardening, upkeep of the building exterior, and sometimes buildings insurance. Because these relate to parts of the property outside the flat itself, they fall outside the scope of what we can take responsibility for.
Our offer covers costs and maintenance inside the property only. This means repairs and upkeep within the flat once the lease begins.
Since factoring fees relate to external building maintenance and shared responsibilities between all property owners, they must remain payable by the landlord and cannot be transferred to us under the lease.
