1. Go to Josephs.Scot website
2. Click on - My account - blue button on top of the webpage
3. Enter the email address, the same on which you receive statements from us
4. Click on - "Get access code" - button
5. You will receive a one-time access code via email - similar to "12345"
6. This code should be copied and pasted back onto the website
7. Click "Log on" button
8. You have now logged in to your account
9. Please contact us if you did not receive the email with the code.
